Kevin's career and practice have been devoted exclusively to the areas of family law, including negotiating and litigating issues related to divorce, custody, access, property division, child support and spousal support. Kevin has appeared in courts throughout the Greater Toronto area and a number of the cases which he has argued have been reported. He is also on the roster of speakers in Toronto for the Mandatory Information Program on family law, provided through the Ministry of the Attorney General.
Kevin's background in finance, having graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, allows him to work through complex financial issues often involved in family law proceedings.
His practice is solution-oriented and where possible supportive of alternative methods of dispute resolution. He believes in litigation if necessary, but not necessarily litigation. Whether resolving a matter through negotiation, mediation/arbitration, collaborative family law or litigation, Kevin always takes a client focused approach and works to minimize the impact of separation and divorce.
When not practicing law, Kevin enjoys traveling, having visited countries in Asia, Africa and Europe.
